Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to your return package.

  Package and Ship

  Place the unwashed, unworn socks in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
